4 ingredient cheddar biscuits

26 Jan

Noah made these one night and they are my absolute favorite. If you love Red Lobster cheddar biscuits (or any other cheesy bread for that matter) then these are the perfect treat for you! They are SO easy to make because they only require 4 ingredients!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup self-rising flour**
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or more if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

What you’ll do

  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour and cheese. Stir in milk and mayonnaise just until moistened. Fill five greased muffin cups two-thirds full. Fill empty muffin cups halfway with water. Bake at 425 degrees F for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.

**As a substitute for 1 cup of self-rising flour, place 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure 1 cup. **

So easy, right? They are great with any meal but I especially love them with chili or soup. They are good warm or cold!

Next up:  Ran out of mayonnaise? I bet you have the ingredients to make some…and it’s easy too!
